Terms of Service

Welcome to Tides Peptides. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at www.shoptidespeptides.com (the “Site”) and your purchase and use of products from us. By visiting the Site, placing an order, or otherwise using services provided by Tides Peptides or Tides Peptides LLC (collectively, “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms.  If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the Site or purchase any products.  By placing an order or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

1. Definitions & Scope

  • “You” or “Customer” means the individual or entity accessing or using the Site or purchasing products from us.

  • “Products” means any goods, materials, or substances sold via the Site.

  • These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, govern your use of the Site, your purchase of Products, and all matters arising out of or related to them.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to use this Site or purchase any Products. By using the Site or placing any order, you represent and warrant that you are 21 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

3. Purpose - Research Use Only

  • The Products offered by Tides Peptides are for in-vitro laboratory research use only. They are not for human or animal consumption, use, or delivery, and are not drugs, medical devices, or diagnostic products.

  • You acknowledge that the Products have not been approved by the U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA) or any other regulatory agency to prevent, treat, diagnose, mitigate, or cure disease or any health condition.

  • You further agree that you will use the Products only in accordance with applicable law and laboratory practices, and you assume full responsibility for assessing risks, handling, disposal, and regulatory compliance.

  • All sales are final, and we do not accept returns of Products.

4. Payments & Ordering

  • You agree that payments for your orders may be made to Tides Peptides or Tides Peptides LLC, using the methods we support (e.g., Zelle, credit card, or Paypal).

  • Payments made after 11:00 P.M. Pacific Time will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once you click “Place Order” (or similar), your authorization is final and cannot be changed or canceled.

  • You should retain a copy of your payment authorization for your records.

  • Unless otherwise stated, all content on this Site (text, graphics, logos, images, software, etc.) is owned by or licensed to us, and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

  • You may view, download, and print a single copy of content from the Site for your personal, non-commercial use, provided you do not modify the content and retain all proprietary notices.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, publish, sublicense, transfer, or exploit any content for commercial purposes without our express written permission.

  • You agree not to use the Site to upload or transmit unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringing content, or to interfere with the Site’s operation (e.g., hacking, reverse engineering, data mining).

  • You assume all risk for your use of the Site and Products, including costs of servicing or correcting your equipment, data loss, or other consequences.

  • In jurisdictions that do not permit disclaimers or limitations of liability, such disclaimers will apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability in any transaction (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) is limited to the purchase price you paid for the specific Products giving rise to liability.

  • Under no circumstances shall we (or our officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates) be liable for incidental, consequential, indirect, punitive, or special damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

  • You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Tides Peptides and Tides Peptides LLC and our personnel from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or costs (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of Products, breach of these Terms, or violation of law.

  • We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason (e.g., inability to verify your credentials, regulatory restrictions, suspect order).

  • Prices shown on the Site are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

  • We are not responsible for typographical errors, inaccuracies, or delays in pricing or availability.

  • Risk of loss and title for Products pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.

  • We strive to keep the Site accessible 24 hours a day, but we reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or discontinue the Site (or any part) at any time for any reason.

  • We are not liable for damages or losses caused by unavailability, downtime, or interruption of the Site.

  • We may terminate or suspend your access, block your account, or refuse service if you violate these Terms, with or without notice.

  • By placing an order, you consent to receive communications from us (e.g., order confirmations, shipping notices, marketing emails). You may opt out of marketing emails per instructions in those messages.

  • We may also send SMS messages, if opted in, subject to applicable laws. You may reply “STOP” to unsubscribe. Message and data rates may apply.

We may change or update these Terms at any time, at our sole discretion. The “Last Updated” date will reflect the changes. Your continued use of the Site or Products after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review the Terms periodically.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms and any dispute shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

  • You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles, California.

  • You submit to personal jurisdiction in those courts and waive objections to venue or inconvenient forum.

13. Severability & Waiver

  • If any provision of these Terms is deemed unenforceable or invalid by a court, that provision shall be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

  • Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision in the future.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms (including the Privacy Policy) constitute the entire agreement between you and Tides Peptides/L.L.C. regarding your use of the Site and Products, superseding all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, or representations (oral or written). No modification is effective unless in writing and signed by us (or posted by us on the Site).
